I had an amazing experience taking my mother-in-law's vehicle for a oil change. As a surprise, not very knowledgeable with her vehicle. But they hooked her vehicle up Don was incredibly polite, very knowledgeable, and Andrew and he even offered a discount for an air filter that I didn't even know she needed replacing. They could see, I was incredibly thirsty, seeing as how it was a very hot day, they offered me not just one water bottle, but 2, So I could top off my Stanley as well. Definitely coming back, wonderful crew.

I’m usually a dealership type of girl, but today I decided to stop by Take 5 for an oil change and state inspection. As soon as I pulled up, Don greeted me with a cold bottle of water, which was much needed in this Texas heat! Unfortunately, their inspection system was down, so I proceeded ahead with the oil change. While Don and Keona worked on my car, Leslie explained my oil options, checked my tire pressure, and inspected my cabin air filter. Keona also showed me my engine air filter and recommended replacing it at my next oil change. The biggest surprise was when Don informed me that my car had no coolant. I told him I had a coolant flush done at the dealership before, but he explained it had never actually been done. I was shocked! He topped off my coolant and explained the coolant flush service they offer. I’m so glad I decided to stop by today because otherwise I would have continued driving around with no idea my car was empty on coolant. A huge thank you to Leslie, Keona, and Don for being professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find. I’ll definitely be back next week!

Came by cuz my car threw a tire pressure light. I didn't have to wait, they filled my tire pressure up quickly and offered me a complimentary fluid inspection and free water. They said I was all good and completed my service in less than 10 minutes. Don handled business respectfully with expertise, a great work ethic and a fantastic attitude. Regular customer of take five, I'll definitely be back next time my car needs something

Shoutout to Marcy over at Take 5 Oil Change #0079. Seriously one of the better customer service experiences I’ve had in a minute. She was warm, easy to talk to, super professional, and just had a great attitude the entire time. You can always tell when somebody actually enjoys helping people and doesn’t treat you like just another car in line. She kept everything moving quick, explained things clearly without the pressure sales pitch, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress free. The whole crew worked hard, but Marcy really set the tone. Good people still matter and she’s a big reason I’ll come back to this location.

I showed up based on the date and mileage on the sticker I was given on my last visit, expecting an oil change. Apparently, they also keep track of when you might need to come just to have your levels topped off. That's what I needed, and that's what I left with. They checked my oil level, showed me I was good, and sent me on my way. No unnecessary upsale, no trying to convince me I needed something when I didn't. As a woman who usually goes for this service alone this is huge because a lot of women are taken advantage of due to a lack of knowledge. This is why I keep coming back.
