Absolutely amazing experience at Take 5 on Jackson! Savannah and Carlos were both incredibly professional, friendly, and fast. They made the whole process smooth from start to finish, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured into extra services. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. The customer service alone will keep me coming back. Huge thanks to Savannah and Carlos for making an oil change actually enjoyable. Highly recommend this location!

I only have good things to say about Take 5. When I arrived, I was promptly taken into a stall, and I had two people helping with my oil change. The Manager of this Take 5 is wonderful. She took the time to explain what they were going to do with the oil filter and explained the problem with changing the oil filter so that I could understand it. She went over and above what one might expect from service at an oil changing station. I highly recommend that when you need an oil change, you go to Take 5!

I had a great experience getting my oil changed here. The two gentlemen who helped me were fast, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They got me in and out in no time, and I felt like I got the best value for my money. Manager Savanah was awesome as well—super friendly and made sure everything ran smoothly. You can tell the team takes pride in their work. And I’ve got to say… bonus points for the waiting water not smelling like oil 😂—a small thing, but it definitely made the experience even better! Highly recommend this place for quick, reliable, and friendly service. I’ll definitely be back.

I drove by this TAKE 5 everyday since it opened. I live 2 blocks away. Told myself " Stop!! You need this!" But felt exhausted from work, I kept putting it off. Finally I stopped. I thought I was just getting an oil change. I knew I needed other services however, I didn't know TAKE 5 performed them. Thank you SAVANNA and Santiago!! As they pulled out the dirty air filters, I said yessss plzzz! Miss SAVANNA asked about a "cabin filter". My air con was smelling a bit nasty for sometime. Like she was reading my mind, again I said yesss!! I am used to having my sons do these things for me. Seeing a lady running this business (with her nails done too!! ) made me feel proud for her!! Savanna and Santiago worked so well together. A Well oiled machine, pun intended. Lol!!! I left w clean oil, new filters, a safety check AND 2 new windshield wipers. (mine were torn) and its raining tonight. Everything was done so fast but not rushed, I didnt have to even get out of my truck. I appreciate the information Miss Savanna gave me as she worked on my truck. Thank you TAKE 5 for hiring this team!! Till my next visit...#happycustomer Ohhhh wait!! Savanna also gave me a 25% off coupon and the windshield wipers were buy 1 get 1 free!!

The service was great. Savannah and Santi explained every thing they were doing to my vehicle. The only down fall was that I went when it was pouring rain. The two employees exposed to the elements....water was coming into the garage. Water was getting into the pit that does not have a drain. They still had to change the oil while submerged in water. They should have a better way to protect their staff from the elements and not be so exposed specially the rain. Other than that service was GREAT!!! THANK YOU SAVANNAH AND SANTI!!!!!
