Oil Change in Corpus Christi, TX at 5529 Saratoga Blvd

Went for an oil change, they were all very friendly and did a great job communicating with each other and myself. Offered a cold water and everyone was smiling Deanantthony and Drew were the 2 that dealt with me. Drew answered any questions I had. They did recommend me getting my coolant flushed as it was going bad. Price was way more reasonable than the dealership would have been. So oil change and coolant flush and refill and I was out in about 30mins as I did have to wait about 5mins because I apparently chose the bust time on Sunday. It was a really good experience and fair prices (also used coupons). Thanks guys! You did a great job and I had one of the best experiences I've ever had getting an oil change!

I went into take five oil change on Saratoga yesterday morning About 11 AM or so. I was waiting in the drive because there was another car in the bay and I was greeted by a very nice man. I’m not good with names , But he was extremely friendly and personable,and asked me what I needed. I told him, and he gave me a bottle of water, while I waited. I’ve never had an oil change station ever offer me a bottle of water before, so that was a very nice touch. We had a little conversation about my bronco, and we were talking about that and then it was time for me to be brought in to the bay to get My oil changed. I was directed to go in there by a man named Drew. I remember that name because he said he was the manager, and there was another guy by the name of Thomas that showed me my oil level once he changed the oil. And I know His name because he gave me his card. But that’s not to say the other guys weren’t great because they were. They checked my air pressure and all of my tires, Which I appreciated. Everybody treated me with respect and kindness and got the job done efficiently. They did some type of inspection In my vehicle, and checked out the cabin filter. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a more accommodating place to get my oil changed in Corpus Christi or any other place.. I was sharing the story on how I got my new bronco and they all listened and it was nice to have somebody j to converse with once in a while. But as I said, don’t get me wrong , they didn’t just converse they got the job done and did it very efficiently and thoroughly. In other words, I would say, they rolled out the red carpet and they gave such great service With a smile. I will continue to go there from now on. I had one place in Corpus Christi recently where I had my oil changed and they argued back-and-forth with me about synthetic oil. These guys didn’t argue with me when I told them what I waned , They said yes ma’am, and gave me what I asked for which was synthetic oil. They didn’t just have synthetic oil. They had three different pkg levels. and explained about all of the Various packages On the Synthetic oil that came with each package. I would have to say that my overall experience at take 5 On Saratoga, is they exceeded expectations and are all thoroughly skilled and knowledgeable and add a little personal touch on this side. I was very impressed With take 5 On Saratoga, fast, friendly, service with a smile. These guys are great and they made my day!

I rated this place 1 star last time I visited this place for waiting over 1 hour, very little attention and poor communication from the staff. I decided to give them a chance another time when I saw that the entire staff were replaced. This time the moment I pulled in, a brother offered me a bottle of water, and demonstrated that his fingers are on the pulse so to speak, when after offering me and another customer that pulled next to me, he asked her nicely to back off, to let me pass in front of her. I arrived first, but she cut the line to go ahead of me. The wait was reasonable, and the service proceeded smoothly. I hope this new crew stays on this shop.

Had a great experience with the location on Saratoga and Staples. They were busier than usual for a Sunday, but all three gentlemen on shift for that day were focused and got us all taken care of in a timely manner. Santos is the gentleman that walked me through my price options and additional services available (if needed). His customer service and knowledge of his work are exceptional. I’m only disappointed because I’m moving back to Chicago, and I know I won’t be receiving the same amazing service as I did down here. Thank you Take 5!
