The oil light came on in my vehicle as I was coming into town off the Harbor Bridge, so I drove straight to Take 5. They changed my oil last time and I was way behind on getting it changed. I was exhausted and I was on my way home from work, but didnt want to chance the drive back over the bridge early tomorrow morning. Ricardo greeted me with a nice cold bottle of (much needed) water. He was so nice and professional, as were the other 2 men who helped finish the work. As i left, I was focusing on driving out of the bay and didn't honk for great service (as the little sign says as you are leaving) so I felt bad and decided to come here and make this review to hopefully, make up for it. Thank you for making my life easier today.🙏
Ricci Neer,Great place to get routine service for your vehicle in under 30 minutes. The service person checked all filters, checked my oil and coolant at no extra charge. He asked if I wanted to replace filters and gave me a price. All was done in less than 30 minutes. Normally I would leave my car at the dealership to get it serviced, which is so inconvenient. The young men at Take 5 are very professional and efficient. I left there a happy camper. I give them a big 10!

Tambi Parker,Very thorough professional technicians that take the time and to go over your car completely checking like 22 point inspection along with air pressures perfectly maintained always checking every filter air filter offering cabin filters as well as oil filters I was just very impressed with how every location I've been to they've all had the great hospitality and great professional service and smiles and getting me a water when I first get there Wet My Whistle it's a good service great Hospitality I recommend take five oil change company 21 who cares about their vehicle being maintained properly your check oil pressure they don't just let you drive out they check everything well I like about it there's more than one set of eyes on your vehicle you got guys underneath the car and you got guys on top almost feel like you're at a pit stop for Indy 500 you get a courtesy top off
