Beyond Awesome Service in Conroe! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an incredible experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Store Manager Jarod and technician Josh went absolutely above and beyond to deliver top-tier service. They perfectly balance professional expertise with a friendly, welcoming hometown vibe that makes you feel like family. The shop is clean, well-organized, and highly professional. Jarod and Josh were incredibly accommodating, fast, and thorough— communicating clearly throughout the entire process without making me feel rushed or pressured. It is rare to find a team that genuinely cares this much about customer satisfaction. I will definitely be returning to this location for all my future services! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This a group of guys doing a good job of taking care of the customer and running their business efficiently. The only constructive criticism I have is that the signs outside that say 'Stay Inside Your Car' Is there anyway they could indicate that one needs to stay inside their car for the entirety of the visit? That is, during this service you will never get out of your car or go into an office etc. Perhaps this is an odd ask, but I'll make it anyway. In the introduction to the service it may also be helpful to remind customers that aren't auto educated that they should leave the car's electricity off in the bay. That is, if one is sitting inside the car- they will likely want to run their fans without the motor on for ventilation, but this could also end up spraying a technician with oil (which thankfully didn't happen).So some discussion about that up front might be a good thing. All that to say everyone is doing a fine job, but there is always room to make things a bit better. Edit: Reading the canned responses to other reviewers who have given bad reviews, is in of itself, kind of worrying. Maybe don't do that.

Service was quick, they were honest when checking my car, showed me my air filters and notified me they're good now but may need to be changed next time i stop in for service. Didn't try to upset me on anything I didn't need.

Came to get my oil change and cabin filter done. The guys were so kind, efficient, and helpful. It sounds silly, but I almost cried when I left because of how nice they were. Life has been life’n, so it was so refreshing to have people treat you kindly.

Jared and everyone else was super nice! When I rolled up I was offered a cold water and when I got to the bay Jared told me all the differences on the full synthetic oil and helped me understand the oil filter in my car as well as my air filter. He made sure I understood the dipstick as well. When it was time to use my coupon there was no problems! Overall a great experience and I didn't feel jipped
