Both gentleman helping with my oil change yesterday had EXCELLENT customer service!!! The whole oil change experience was fast, easy and a pleasant experience - and I appreciated that it didn't feel like they were constantly trying to upcharge me on things. I'll be back to this location for sure May 2026 update: the crew at cleveland tank five continue to excel and provide excellent service and customer service!!!

Jennifer Cates,first time going to take 5! i normally go to walmart but i just didn’t have the time or patience to wait 2 plus hours to get my oil changed. all the techs were super sweet, i had more water than coolant and they took it out to show me and let me know what was going on and how urgent it was. i was in and out in under 20 minutes!! i was a little skeptical of the price but if i would’ve went to the dealership, i would’ve paid the same but i wouldn’t have been able to sit in my car and be out under 30 minutes!! thank you so much!! will definitely be back!!

I got there about 10 min before they closed but Armando and Logan didn’t seem to mind…they both were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! They definitely made a the experience worth coming back for!! Answered any questions and made sure I was happy with the everything before I left!
