I appreciated the professionalism and honesty of the technician that helped me. I came in to get an oil change. He showed me the oil on the dip stick (it still looked new) and told me that I was way too early and the service wasn't needed at this time. He could have performed the oil change anyway, even though it wasn't needed, but being a man of integrity, he told me that, based on my usage and the mileage, I didn't need the service then. He said I would only need an "annual" oil change, and then proceeded to check all of my fluid levels and the tire pressure.

He let me know that every preventative maintenance option I paid for would be reported to car fax to improve the value of my truck. He suggested changing the differential oil for the front and back which had never been done. Overall he educated me and guided me through a process politely and respectfully.
