Oil Change in Cleves, OH at 4150 OH 128

Take 5 in Cleves has given me a good experience both times I’ve been there! I brought my 93 Mercury Grand Marquis there, and more recently my 2016 Explorer, and they’ve taken good care of me both times. I brought my own oil and filter this time, and I appreciate them doing the change for me, as I didn’t have time before I left on vacation. Took only 15 mins or so, and both reps were professional and helpful! I’ll be back!

5/22/26 As always greeted by technicians and with full service option. They are very friendly and courteous. They are very professional and answer all questions promptly. They change the oil quickly and efficiently while verbalizing all they are doing including the cross checks. To my fellow veterans they have a 25% discount for us and makes me feel appreciated! Thanks for all you do and keep up the good work. Love it here! 8/15 I love it here the technicians are very nice and work, fast and effectively. This time I also had my coolant changed. These guys do great work. If you havent serviced your car here this place is a must. 5th oil change. If you have not seen Jordan and his crew. You should! You guys are amazing. Love that you care about me and my vehicle. My favorite place to change my oil. 1/11/24 3rd oil change at take 5! Jordan and his assistant are exceptional! If you haven't changed your oil at Take 5 next to Kroger by Cleves area you must go. Jordan and his crew will give you the royal treatment. JORDAN and his crew give an absolutely a one of a kind experience and luxurious oil change if you I may say so myself, love the way they are so friendly and talkative! They are fast and efficient explaining everything as they do their work and showed me what needed to be changed or if it could wait until next time. I never felt pressured or coaxed into buying anything except what I felt I needed or wanted. I HIGHLY recommend them!!! 1st time experienced below: I felt like a princess from start to finish. They offered me water, they explained everything to me about the oil and differences in mileage. Showed me everything they did as they did it and it was fast, efficient, and five star treatment for sure. Definitely must go there. Everyone is very nice and friendly. ❤❤❤😻

I bought a quart of oil from Kroger to put in my truck but couldn't reach where the oil goes in. I pulled into Take 5 and was given the very kind, professional treatment I remember from many years ago when service stations wiped the windows or checked the oil. I was so amazed at the knowledgable young lady, Jackie! She checked the fluid levels on other things and I mentioned concerns about my brakes. She checked a couple things and told me what she thought I needed for the brake issue. Then she brought it to my attention that the tires were in need of some air, but also the tires weren't in good shape. The co workers , Tim and Mason also were looking at things on the truck that I might need to address. Mason then talked to me about some economical options to get new Tires and then made sure I understood if driving the truck with the brake problems, how to slow down long before lights/intersections. He was genuinely concerned that I would be safe. They all were! I don't know of a business anywhere that made me feel valued like these young people did! My thanks, I will recommend you to everyone!

Guys were great. They didn’t have my oil filter so it couldn’t be changed. They did offer to order it, call other stores or be of any help. They were all pleasant, personal, and on top of it. I would recommend the one on 128.

Very impressed with Matt and the guys working there. It was miserable hot that day, but they all had positive attitudes and were very professional. Would definitely go back again.
