Excellent hospitality to their customers while they wait! They acknowledge the time you choose to give their business, and make it priority to show their appreciation! Everyone is offered water as soon as they roll in, or appear in line. If a customer is kept waiting longer than the promised/expected time, discounts or some measure is given. They check all of your fluids, tire pressure, even engine filter, and after your initial service is completed, they even clean your windshield for you! It is rare to see true hospitality in businesses these days, especially in the Automotive world! They care, and they are wonderful in what they do.

Vicky Argueta,Great teamwork; I Was well served, and this time my car did not leak oil after the service as experienced at a previous take five where the manager never got back to me about a reimbursement after I had to take my car in to get it repaired someplace else. I did not think that I would come back to take five but I am happy with the supervisor/manager and staff this location in Wake Forest versus the other one in North Raleigh (I will not return to that one).
