Had a great experience here! The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, and the whole process was so quick and convenient since you can stay right in your car while they do the oil change. The pricing was extremely reasonable, especially compared to other places. I really appreciated how easy and efficient everything was. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quick, affordable, and hassle-free oil change!
Great teamwork; I Was well served, and this time my car did not leak oil after the service as experienced at a previous take five where the manager never got back to me about a reimbursement after I had to take my car in to get it repaired someplace else. I did not think that I would come back to take five but I am happy with the supervisor/manager and staff this location in Wake Forest versus the other one in North Raleigh (I will not return to that one).
The young man that did my inspection was working all alone. Apparently, the person that was supposed to be working with Him did not show up. I wish I would’ve known this gentleman’s name because he did a fantastic job was very respectful and polite even though I’m sure he was very frustrated. I even tried to offer him a tip and he declined and said he does it because he loves what he does. This man was a definite asset to the company. He was A younger black man had a few piercings in his face, very polite, very professional this will Bring me back to take Five. This was Saturday the 10th when they just opened up at 0800.
