Great teamwork; I Was well served, and this time my car did not leak oil after the service as experienced at a previous take five where the manager never got back to me about a reimbursement after I had to take my car in to get it repaired someplace else. I did not think that I would come back to take five but I am happy with the supervisor/manager and staff this location in Wake Forest versus the other one in North Raleigh (I will not return to that one).
The young man that did my inspection was working all alone. Apparently, the person that was supposed to be working with Him did not show up. I wish I would’ve known this gentleman’s name because he did a fantastic job was very respectful and polite even though I’m sure he was very frustrated. I even tried to offer him a tip and he declined and said he does it because he loves what he does. This man was a definite asset to the company. He was A younger black man had a few piercings in his face, very polite, very professional this will Bring me back to take Five. This was Saturday the 10th when they just opened up at 0800.
My first time at a Take 5 and what a great experience! I was greeted with a smile and water. The entire staff was super kind and fast! I ended up getting some other things taken care of too that they suggested. They even helped me install a cabin filter that I had brought with me, but couldn't figure out how to install it. And to top it all off, they gave me a military discount! I'm a Vet. I won't go anywhere else for my oil changes! Thank you!!
