My first time at a Take 5 and what a great experience! I was greeted with a smile and water. The entire staff was super kind and fast! I ended up getting some other things taken care of too that they suggested. They even helped me install a cabin filter that I had brought with me, but couldn't figure out how to install it. And to top it all off, they gave me a military discount! I'm a Vet. I won't go anywhere else for my oil changes! Thank you!!
Excellent hospitality to their customers while they wait! They acknowledge the time you choose to give their business, and make it priority to show their appreciation! Everyone is offered water as soon as they roll in, or appear in line. If a customer is kept waiting longer than the promised/expected time, discounts or some measure is given. They check all of your fluids, tire pressure, even engine filter, and after your initial service is completed, they even clean your windshield for you! It is rare to see true hospitality in businesses these days, especially in the Automotive world! They care, and they are wonderful in what they do.
This place is the best! I always come here no matter how far away I live. They have the best, fastest, friendliest service. Can’t recommend this Take 5 enough. Update : still coming to this take 5 and still loving it ! they are the best and the fastest! very affordable and just all around a great experience compared to a shop or dealership update #2 : years later still the only place i go . 1000/10
