pulled in to replace torn windshield wipers. after doing fluid checks, it was discovered I really needed radiator coolant flush and replacement …of course, I didn’t want to do it but when confronted with the reality of the necessity of doing it (I had not serviced the coolant since ???) I relented — and I’m glad I did. The flush revealed a leaking, worn hose a few days later -> so, I prevented a road breakdown somewhere later which would have annoyed me far more than the cost of prevention that day at ‘Take 5’. Good call! Service Personnel were helpful, friendly, not pushy but straightforward and realistic with me which I appreciated. Good Job!

Came in on a Saturday, as I was due to hit the road for AZ the next day, and thought that I should probably get my oil changed beforehand....just in case. Not only did these guys get me in promptly, and were courteous, but because they make it a practice to check all of your fluids, I'm pretty sure they saved me from being stranded on the side of the road and thousands out of pocket for car related towing and repairs! Turns out, I had ZERO coolant left in the reservoir. Roughly 1000 miles to drive round trip in 100+ degree weather with no coolant is super bad news bears. And the thing is, the place that I had taken it to for my last oil change didn't catch that it was that low. So, good save there Sukii!!!! Thank you SO much!! You are truly amazing, and I appreciate your honesty and willingness to address my questions! Caige was also extremely helpful, and without me asking, showed me all the stuff that got flushed out when they refilled my coolant. I don't think I'll be returning to my old oil change place. I'm pretty impressed with Take 5 so far.

This was my first time coming to get my oil change & I had a great experience. The young lady Suki & Jose was very kind & respectful. They told me what was wrong with my Yukon truck, I am so glad they told me everything I needed to know because I didn't know. I give them a perfect five star ⭐ ✨ if I could give more it would be a perfect 20 star ⭐ ✨ because they gave me great service. I really do appreciate everything. The employees at take 5 were amazing. They explained everything they were doing being honest on what work needed to be done. The price was very reasonable. No scams into any work or over charging for tool rentals or parts like most shops will do. The time it took to do the oil change was very reasonable no waiting for hours for a 20 minute job. Did oil change cab filter replacement and my radiator fluid replacement and was maybe there 30 minutes. Very satisfied. They will be doing my oil changes from now on. Thank you team from take 5 on Craig rd. Yall rock
