Really like this group and location. I usually change oil myself, but when I don't have time I bring it here. Must be doing something right because my 2017 Ford Expedition has 345,000 miles on it and still going! I am disappointed they've changed to Pennzoil now instead of Mobile One, but they let me bring my own oil so I can keep with what my car is used to. They're fast, friendly and good at what they do. I really appreciate them!
Andrea Smith,Went to the north Maize rd location yesterday. My car presented a couple of challenges, which were handled by the staff appropriately. The young man who worked on my vehicle (I believe his name was Alex) was very professional and gracious. The manager in charge showed good leadership and turned what could have been a bad situation into just a minor hiccup. This kind of personal customer service is much appreciated. I will definitely be back.

Not having to wait a week for an appt for an oil change and then have to wait over an hour in a smelly lobby is worth its weight in gold. They offered me water, had juice and fruit snacks for my daughter, now she'll demand to go with me every time. Super respectful and professional even when dealing with my sarcasm. Went in for an oil change, they checked and filled tires, washer fluid, new cabin air filter (was pretty embarrassing to see the old one). Happy customer, will return.

Mikey did a fantastic job helping me through my oil change. usually I am scared to get my oil change (nothing take5 did) but I have had bad experiences else where. Mikey made this oil change seamless and easy he gave me a bottle of water when I pulled in and fruit snack and juice for my kiddos. One was sleeping and Mikey was so kind as to be soft spoken so he didn’t wake my littlest one. And he had everyone around the car be softer spoken as well ❤️❤️ He was extremely attentive to me and my needs for my vehicle sad he has to go back to Springfield where my family is from! cause I really liked Mr. Mikey I will definitely be returning. Maybe to Springfield? As I do have my family there Lol…. But really I’ll be going back great group of individuals.
