The team at Victory Take 5 was awesome!!! I called ahead to make sure they could service the make and model of my car. They sent me a text coupon and I headed over. When I pulled in the wait was short and I was given a water bottle while I waited. Ej was the best and explained everything with a fantastic mix of knowledge and comedy that made the whole service a pleasure, especially compared to sitting at the dealership half the day and not knowing what was really done and a high bill. Take 5 on Victory has won my business with their fabulous team and top notch service!!!
The workers were very helpful and professional. They checked my fluid levels which were good. Carfax recommended that I get coolant flush and differential oil change, but when I had him pull the plug to the differential, it looked good still. My sister said that my coolant was good still. I'm sure that they were just trying to make another sale, but I felt good about it not needing it. I definitely recommend their service for regular maintenance of your vehicle! It was very helpful!
Absolutely flawless experience here. No fluff, no overselling me on stuff I didn't need, just straight to the point. Lorenzo was professional, quick, and informative. He made helpful suggestions on some other random issues I was having with my vehicle. I'll definitely be coming here for all my basic maintenance needs. Edit: 6/16/2026 Came back for my next service. EJ and the team live and breathe customer experience. Everyone here was upbeat, quick, and upheld the same excellent service I received last time. This remains my favorite shop, and I will be back when it's time to service my vehicle again.
