Oil Change in Tallahassee, FL at 1255 E. Lafayette Street

I had the pleasure of being serviced by Khalil and John on a Sunday morning at the Take 5 in Tallahassee, Florida on 1255 Lafayette St. When I arrived they rushed to greet me with a cold bottle of water in hand. After advising them of what I was there for they went over all the prices with me and explained what made each price different. After choosing my services they began working. I was extremely impressed by the way they communicated with each other every move they made and what they were doing. During this process I had a question about some I heard them say that I didn’t understand. Khalil was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that I understood. I was in and out and treated with the upmost respect and don’t let me leave out that the timing of the service was not a long wait at all. I look forward to my next service and they have definitely gained a loyal returning customer. Thanks guys!!!

@Lafayette St. Brandon and Brison were great! They were friendly and provided quick service. My A/C wasn't blowing hard and it wasn't as cold as it used to be. Neither of the staff knew that. Brandon offered to check my cabin air filter. When he did, it was so dirty. There was a leaf, straw, and all kinds of dirt on it. I hadn't changed it since I bought the vehicle last year. Brandon saw that my coolant reservoir was empty. He explained the importance of having coolant and what it does in my vehicle (I don't know much about cars, I pretty much Google everything about their inner workings). He told me about their coolant exchange service and gave me a discount. After I left Take 5, my A/C blows stronger and colder just from changing the cabin air filter, which is a total blessing! Great job gentlemen!

I usually go to Toyota to get any service I need done. Recently moved out to Tallahassee & decided to stop by take 5 cause I know I was due for some services. Long story short, these folk take care of you. From giving you a water bottle, greeting you & asking what service you were looking for. To guiding you the best route to take for whatever service it is you need. Not tryna scam you, not tryna take more than you need. Definitely recommend looking here if you need a cheaper service but still looking for high quality service. Everybody at the shop was working, homeboy came in & got straight to helping on my car. 10/10

I am so grateful for AJ and the assistant manager there. I came in with an oil leak and found out the dealership left me with NO OIL CAP and they were so nice and helpful. They handled everything for me and treated me so well. Thank you so much for the advice and help!!! Absolutely amazing customer service. They checked every thing for me several times too.

Alex and Anthony have taken care of us the past few times! They are always very polite, kind and happy to see us. Both gentlemen are not shy of friendly banter, and my wife Pat and I always feel welcomed and well taken care of (both our little kia soul and us!) Thank you Anthony and Alex for being so darn awesome! Definitely found us our go-to oil place.
