The workers here are absolutely kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. The manager from the 75th location was there the day I went, offered me a water, and offered my daughter a popsicle. He told me so much about my car that I needed done but it didnt seem like he was pushy and trying to just make money, he was explaining in detail everything that they went over. All I had was a simple oil change and left knowing so much more. On top of that, 3 different workers made sure to tell us "have a wonderful day". Just puts the cherry on top for me. Also received a sticker that i can bring the car back at the half way point of needing my next oil change and will receive free top offs of all fluids and a tire pressure check. Definitely will be returning.

This was absolutely my best visit yet at this location. It seems they are always changing employees/ management but the current manager, Aaron, really went above and beyond to make my experience the best. I was in and out quickly and was offered water upon arrival. They didnt push any extra services on me and were really honest about what I truly needed. I definitely recommend!

These guys were incredible,even in 90% heat. They were very professional and actually made my day. I only waited 15 minutes. 5 minutes waiting. I would recommend this place for sure.Thank you guys . You are the best. And with coupon $73.00. Other places wanted roughly $100.00. I will come here anytime I need an oil change.

The employees were very kind and helpful. They explained some of the things on my car to me. I really appreciated their help. I felt relaxed during the oil change instead of stiff and uncomfortable like at other places where you are asked to sit in a hard plastic chair and they only speak to you when they show you your filters. I plan on returning and I hope these people are still working there. They were diligent in their jobs and probably deserve raises in pay. 04/17/26 Went back to Kenosha WI Take 5 again last night. Have been there a few times since original post. The service and the employees are so much better than the one we visited in Racine WI. We only went there one time; not going back there again.

Very honest and reliable. Won't take my cars anywhere else for oil changes. Updated to add, took my wife's car in for an oil change. A very busy day at this location. Several of the employees seemed to be arguing, raised voices and appeared to be very irritated with each other. Thankfully, the young man who worked on my vehicle was not involved. He was very polite and respectful, which is the behavior I've come to expect from these locations. I'll continue to use Take 5, but I hope their atmosphere improves. Additionally, it seemed the manager was one of those involved. Not a good look, and I hope they get it figured out.
