Alonzo (gosh I hope that was his name) was absolutely professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I checked the google ratings before going and I was like, can this place really be a 4 or 5 stars? Yes my friends. Immediate, quick service-I never left my car, I checked off my "change oil" on my to do list, they even topped off windshield wiper fluid and checked my tire pressure while I was there. They changed my air filters that were absolutely disgusting and completely disregarded. Y'all. Self care isn't a bubble bath or a massage. Sometimes it's getting your oil changed by kind professionals while never leaving the comfort of your car.

Let me just give credit where credit is due at this location. The manager on duty; B-Rad was absolutely brilliant in his role as a leader. He was very informative and very helpful with educating me about my vehicle. The other gentlemen that was there with him was so respectful and their posture is top tier. They did what they were there to do and did it very politely. I’m never going to another Take 5 as long as this location is in business. My vehicle had a smile that matched mine when the work was complete. Thanks so much fellas. You guys are amazing!!!

well, it was quite a week because they were short staffed in the beginning. Very polite they offered water and rolled all department information on the windshield for them guy that was gonna be doing the work. The only thing I wish they had would be a restroom because unfortunately 25 minutes into my weight I had to go to the restroom so it would be nice I think if 1 was provided I didn’t even care if it was clean but apparently It serves as a locker room too, so it’s only for employees. But everything else was good it was very clean.

Altho the term " ten minute oil change " 🕐should be removed from advertising...we sat in the car for roughly a lil over two hours before we were up for service.... The team did a great job, thorough and accurate, informative and friendly.😃. great guys. Will be going back again next time I'm due. First time going there... Even with the wait it was worth it. Fairly priced as well.💲 Would recommend to anyone wanting a pocket friendly solution to not wanting to change your own oil 🫰🏽. Other places....you would not have your car to drive all day long 🤬 until you were called n told it was ready to be picked up. I'll gladly stay in car and hang out over that option any day. Over all.. good peeps🤙🏽
