Went and got an oil change on Monday that took a bad turn. Been going here for 3+ years and have never had a problem until this last Monday. One of the techs misaligned my air filter and within a minute of driving off I was stranded on the side of the road not able to accelerate. Thought I was SOL until the Assistant Manager Nyjah drove out and gave me road side assistance and explained the issue in a matter of 5 min. So although it wasn’t a 5* experience at the shop, I’m here writing a 5* review for Nyjah! Thank you!

I don’t remember the name of the young man that serviced my truck, but he was very thorough, explained what would be done, checked other items for issues, and most important, he explained about the mileage that is on the new sticker. Didn’t realize that at 3000 miles I can have everything checked and then issued another sticker for an additional 2000 miles.
