I always come here, but this is my first time leaving a review. Mr. Roy always takes good care of every customer. I love their work — they check in with every customer and explain every detail about their vehicle. They do a beautiful job and have my car running like new every time I leave. The best part is that as soon as you pull up, they don’t hesitate to ask how they can help and even give you a nice cold bottle of water. 10/10 recommend. Best place to get service done! I brag about this Take 5 specifically. I drive 20 minutes passing up other places because I know it’s worth it every time.

I prefer to go to TAKE 5 at Marbach and Ellison for my car's oil service. I find that the employees are quick n efficient. I appreciate that their prices are listed, and that I, as a female, am respected. I've never had a problem with them and neither has my husband. They work during all kinds of outdoor temperatures, and even offer water to their customers. I really do appreciate all of their work and commitment to quality service.

Always a great experience everyone is so polite, kind and take good care of customers - I had no idea there was air conditioning filter behind the glove box and it was filthy! Thank they are so thorough! As an older woman you worry about being taken advantage of but not here! Oh it was warm day cold water was given right away. Great young men work at Take 5 Marbach/Ellison! Thanks again guys!

Honestly, an overall pleasant experience. It’s typical to be able to be brought water, but especially somewhere I can trust to send someone who expect not to be upsold on unnecessary maintenance definitely something that is truly wrong with the automotive industry, and key recommendations from this team really earned my business going forward. Quick and efficient, but most importantly utilized communication to get the work that was needed done. Definitely a spot to have work done.

The staff was very courteous. There was a wait for the service. But the professionalism, the knowledge of the staff along with the fact that they were thorough was well worth the wait of maybe up to fifteen minutes. They even offered us a cold bottle of water while we waited. If you're a Military Veteran they have a 25% discount for the service on oil changes. I went and had the oil changed in my truck yesterday 22 February 2024. I can't compliment them enough. They're professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. I definitely highly recommend to get the oil changed in your vehicle there.
