I’ve been going to this location for a few years now any time I need an oil change for my Highlander. I happened to be in the area and needed it done, so I popped over. No wait, got right in and was welcomed with a cold bottle of water. There were 3 gentlemen working together to get it all done. You can hear them all call out to each other when they’re starting a task, completing it and then when it’s checked by someone else. The efficiency and accountability is top notch. They also showed me that my air filter did in fact need to be changed and my coolant flushed. While I opted out, because my husband will do it, they easily accepted my decline and didn’t push any further. I really appreciated that. I was in and out within 10 minutes or less. *chefs kiss* Thank you so much!

My last oil change was at the Parmer location, and honestly I had such a bad experience there that I was considering never going to Take 5 again. That time I felt like I was being overcharged, was given the wrong oil, and they didn’t even show me my dipstick after the service. This visit was the complete opposite. The techs here were amazing. They followed all the proper steps, explained what they were doing, asked if I had any questions, and made sure everything was done correctly. I believe the manager, Brandon, was training a new employee while I was there, and he did an excellent job walking him through everything and showing him how things should be done. You can tell he really cares about doing things right and making sure the team is trained well. Because of this experience, I’ll absolutely be coming back to this location and will go out of my way to use this team again.
