I got my Car Inspected this week at Take 5 Oil Change 11401 West Broadway in Pearland I was the first customer of the day. They opened at 7 AM sharp. The Car Inspection took exact 10 minutes. Having received Excellent Customer Service, it is a definite 5 Stars from me for Take 5. Great Team Work. I have been going to Take 5 the past 6 years, for Oil Change and Car Inspection. I certainty will be back for more. Thank you

First guy who approached me was in need of water badly. Take 5 needs to issue out caps and keep the workers hydrated. He offered me water but I thought he needed it more. He even leaned on my car due to exhaustion to the heat. I came in for an oil change. 3 cars in front of me and it was about 45 mins wait which is roughly about 15 per customer. The guy asking me for additional service was very helpful and mindful of the things I might need but I just simply couldn't afford it. Besides me feeling bad for everyone in the heat, it was a very decent Take 5 oil place.

Oil change! I'm back! The wait to enter still a lil long but def worth it! great team and service! Jamison was so nice and professional! Answered all my questions & was transparent with pricing! I got to use my customer coupon so that was a plus! Take 5 needs to get the guys a us some cooling fans. It's hot in there-even for us customers waiting in our cars with the engines off! I can't only imagine is we had our babies! Please find a way to make it a bit cooler in there! Won't stop me from coming back! Truly exceptional pricing & service!!

They are fast and offered me a water. Price was ok. They wiped about a 3" x 8" spot by my windshield stickers and called that cleaning my windshield. I asked the attendant about cleaning my windows and he said they only clean the spot by the stickers. I looked it up and they are supposed to clean as a courtesy all windows. I showed him on the receipt where they marked windshield cleaned, and he tried to say it was for filling windshield fluid. When I showed him the search results, he said they could clean my windshield, but they still did not clean all my windows, even though they had enough workers just standing around. I'm not sure they even checked my tire pressure. He asked if he could check my cabin air filter, my truck does not have one. He didn't ask about the air filter under the hood though.
