I’ve been coming to this Take 5 location for years, and I noticed on my visit yesterday they have an entirely new staff. I have to say, the difference was impressive. The new team is much more thorough, attentive, and focused on making sure customers understand the services being provided. they took the time to explain the benefits of high-mileage oil and why it was the best option for my vehicle. They also showed me my air filter and clearly explained why it needed to be replaced, which I really appreciated. It never felt like a sales pitch—just honest, helpful information that allowed me to make an informed decision. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Jeremiah & Luis took care of my oil change and they were very knowledgeable and friendly! I highly recommend the Missouri City location and give them grace and patience through these hot summers! They were working hard with 3 cars in the bay. I will definitely be back when they are here!
