My name is Angela and today I ran out of gas. I ran out of gas during lunch hour on 380 right like 10 ft from the Take 5 entrance. How embarrassing. But I walked up to one of the guys that was working inside and told him and without hesitation, Evan and Steve got right on task. No questions just they saw a problem and then they found a solution. They were very sweet to me and I had a friend bring me some gas and when I was leaving this little sweet guy named Antoine came up and asked me if I wanted some water. I don't know about Take Five, but that's a great take three team right there! Thank you guys
This location by far is one of the best locations that I have had a pleasure to visit. I’ve been here a few times now and every time I do come, I’m greeted with nothing but Professional customer service, Every employee here gives great customer service. I had an issue with my car, I was turned down by Five other locations, All locations that were not affiliated would take five, Meineke car care, Firestone and Pep Boys, No one wanted to help, but this one particular location got me in and out within no time, I would highly recommend anyone that seeking great customer service to visit the location in McKinney off university Dr, And after today, I would make this the official location to work on all of my Vehicles.
Employees welcomed each customer with a complimentary bottle of ice-cold water. Evan assisted me; he explained my options for getting my car's oil changed and also applied the coupon discount I had received from this company. Evan, Jacob, Alec, and Steven performed the oil change, checked my coolant, A/C filters and took care of that for me as part of the service. All of them provide excellent customer service—they are highly efficient, fast, nice and work incredibly hard in this very hot weather. They are the best!!! I highly recommend this location.
