Due to the technician as well as the prior technician on the last oil change writing down the need for an oil change 7000 miles earlier, I was stuck in a bay for an extra hour because my flight car would not authorize an oil change 7000 miles earlier than it needed to be. If you go here, I would directly ask the technicians to write down the mileage that the new oil will last. Otherwise, they will write down a mileage that will cause you To pay a lot earlier for an oil change than you need. While I was there, The new sticker still had The mileage as an oil change due 7,000 miles earlier. Definitely ask for the mileage that the oil change is due- the technician was nice, but he did give me a sticker that was 7,000 miles too early for an oil change. So I kindly asked him to change the mileage on my sticker to the right number. He was nice and obliged. Update 5-11-26- great service and the two technicians were friendly and professional.

I was definitely pleased with my service experience at the new Take 5 Leander location. And surprisingly so due to less than stellar service at other locations previously. The young gentleman were friendly and very quick. When I declined the air filter replacement they were not pushy at all. They got me in and out while checking everything they needed to. *After having not the best experiences at the Take 5 location at 13781 Research Blvd, where they were extremely pushy, slow, and left my oil pan screw top untightened, This was a breath of fresh air.

My first experience with take five was in Springfield, Missouri, and got exceptional service. When I pulled up to the Leander, Texas location, the tech was sitting the electric box having a cigarette. The Tech asked me what I needed And explained I needed an oil change. He pulled me in and got the oil changed, and I was on my way.

I had the best experience here, after using a specific place in cedar park for years I had a hard time finding another place & lets be honest, change is hard. However, there were the sweetest men (Prince & another guy) here that were very knowledgeable and seemed to actually care about your car and you. They answered all my silly questions and didn’t write me off just cause I’m a girl or try to sell me something I didn’t need. Definitely recommend, I am sending my husband this time to see how he likes the place.
