Cambio de aceite en Greenville, TX en Take 5 #674

Personally, I will never go to this Take 5 in Greenville again. There was only one vehicle that was in the bay and it was a large pickup and then the two bays were empty so the girl instructed me to go to the third Bay which I did. She said we'll be with you in just a few minutes. I kept waiting and waiting and I even timed it before they even got to me and it was 27 minutes before they even paid attention to me and I was getting ready to leave and finally they finished with that one big truck but the thing was there was three people working on that truck and they were over there laughing and joking and cutting up and that really made me feel uncomfortable too just like a bunch of high school kids. So I will never go back there again. I'll go to Walmart or I'll go to Valvoline but you lost my business. I'm a Vietnam veteran and I did get better and discount that's the only Plus about that place. Also this is an add-on to what I've already said. I just now checked my receipt and it said they check the tires which they did not check the tires it said that the windshield was cleaned they didn't even touch my windshield so I guess they're trying to make a big impression on corporate office saying that they're doing everything which they're not. This is what really pisses me off.

Nathan, store Mgr, and Zach were absolutely outstanding with their level of customer service!! My car HAD to have an oil change. They explained that they had not received their truck as of yet with the proper oil filter for my car, I did ask if I went to AutoZone or O'REILLYs got one, would they do the oil change, Nathan stated, Absolutely! So I did. Nathan took the charge for oil filter off the cost of the oil change and gave me my veteran discount as well! Saved me some money, for someone who is on a fixed income!! Again, thanks guys for your outstanding customer service!!

It was our first time going and Cassi was very informative and thorough when it came to servicing our vehicle. She replaced our filter and told us about the different coolant temperatures. She was very awesome! She told us about the coupon when we called ahead of time. We will definitely be going back.

The people were very . I didn't have to wait. The price was great and they did not try to over sell me on anything, which is why I will be going there again for my next Oil Change
