6/7/2027 I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Floresville, and I wanted to specifically recognize Michael L. for providing exceptional customer service. I normally have my 2021 Toyota 4Runner serviced at Take 5 in San Antonio. From the moment I arrived, Michael greeted me with a positive attitude, a smile, and a genuine desire to help. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I would also like to share a note for the district manager. While sitting in my vehicle during the service, I noticed how incredibly hot the service bay area was and this was before noon. There appeared to be very little air circulation, and it was uncomfortable even for the short time I was there. It made me think about the hardworking employees who spend 8–10 hours a day in those conditions. I strongly encourage management to consider installing industrial fans to improve airflow and provide a safer, more comfortable working environment for the team. Employees who work as hard as Michael and the rest of the crew deserve that investment. Thank you, Michael Lujan, for the outstanding service and positive attitude. It did not go unnoticed.

Wow, where do I start HillCountry Honda has got it figured out. My salesman Andray led with honesty and Integrity. At no point during the sale did I feel pressured. Andray created videos and took pictures of the vehicles I was interested in, then one by one we reviewed the Carfax and covered every detail. With his guidance I was able to make a purchase that fit my needs and my budget. During our interaction I explained what a horrible sales experience I had just the day before at Toyota of Boerne Andray made it clear that HillCountry Honda didn’t partake in such dishonest sales tactics. 4.5 if I could. I want to say thank you to the team that worked on 5/20/26 for the exceptional service. I was having trouble getting my oil filter off myself and went to Take5 for help. Within minutes they had it off cleaned up and a new one I bought put on for me. I appreciate the prompt action, and professionalism from the team!

Had an issue with Fleet maintenance billing on a vehicle I took here. These guys were patient and extremely professional, in waiting until the work order came back approved. Definitely a great, stress free experience. Great job guys!
