The manager on 4/15/26 at the Copperas Cove store went above and beyond to take care of a serious mistake made by walmart on my vehicle if they had not caught it, definite engine damage would have occurred i’m grateful that my intuition had me stop by for a second look of my suspicion of the walmart service that was inadequate and damaging Take 5 took care of me, they are more expensive, but my vehicles life is worth more than a $30.00 price difference hands down ( Oil was filled past the fill level all he way up the dip stick tube and the filter was loose, enough that it was leaking)
Scott Brooks,The employees at this location Rob and some other gentlemen were very professional and it made me bring another car there a few days later they truly know their stuff and you are lucky to have them as employees please I can't remember some of their names but you should really think them for the good work that they do for you I just want to make sure that those guys know that they are appreciated by the customers and you should show your appreciation to them by hey man you just got a great review on you guy. Give them a raise they deserve it.

He was extremely professional, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He explained everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in the service being provided. The entire process was smooth, organized, and customer-focused. It’s refreshing to go somewhere for the first time and feel genuinely taken care of. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this location — especially if Huck is assisting you.
