Before I came in the store I looked at the reviews and I take it how a boss would and must I say I was very pleased to say everything was perfect Max,Pete,Richard, George were all very kind and helpful Max, was doing my oil change and offered a cold water for the road Pete help me with my oil light Richard helped with choosing my oil George was very helpful of showing my oil all crew was perfectly happy and very excited to work on my car I know some shop hate when cars come in but this shop has showed that they appreciate everyone I would definitely recommend to my friends about this I hope these crew members get recognized for their hard work

I loved how fast everyone was with my car, and knowledgeable, Sam also gave me a cold water as I pulled up, they also loved my duck, Can I also say that (SAM) was very attractive, it was nice watching him work on my car, was hot to watch, I wanted to tip him for doing a great job but I didn’t want him to feel weird but yes if you’re going to this location make sure you get Sam, his smile, and funny personality made it great to get my car done.

Stopped by Take 5 Oil Change here in the Prosper / Celina area and had a great experience. These guys are dialed in. The service was fast and efficient, but what really stood out was how professional and welcoming the whole team was. They took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me and actually explained things in a way that made sense. You can tell they know what they’re doing. They pointed out a couple of issues I’ve been dealing with on my car and offered straightforward, honest solutions — no pressure, just helpful insight. It’s not always easy to find a place around here that’s this consistent with both speed and customer service, but they nailed it. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

This place is great and George is the man! Got my oil change done somewhere else and they didn’t put enough oil in for me, they were able to get my oil levels all fixed up and check for leaks! Highly recommend this place! Nice guys and honest people!
