I was having a bad day and needed an oil change. Decided to visit Take 5 in McKinney on El Dorado. Ben and Trey were so kind and easy to talk to. No pressure up sales just facts and visuals of things that needed attention and things that could wait. When Ben discovered the part I needed wasnt available at that location, Trey went to the other location to get said part, that is true customer service and I will be using Ben and Trey at Take 5 again and again. I’ve been a Take5 customer for several years now because of the reliable reputation and expedited model, always having positive experiences at any of the locations I visited. But this new location stood out to me- Shout out to Nick and Trey - they were the guys who helped me when I came in Saturday evening. These two men have the knowledge, candor and personalities to turn a solid company, into an excellent one -a staple in the community. They explained what I needed, educated me in laymen’s terms as to why I needed it, and were authentic in how they did it. I left confident and not feeling like it was just another auto shop trying to dupe me into spending more money. The people are what make the experience and both Trey and Nick have it. 5 stars-would recommend.

So excited to have a Take 5 Oil Change right here off El Dorado in Stonebridge! I’ve brought both of our vehicles in since they opened and have received exceptional service both times. The staff is friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient, making the whole experience quick and stress-free. It’s rare to find a place that delivers such consistently great customer service, and they’ve definitely earned our future business. I can’t wait until they’re able to perform state inspections too, then they’ll truly be my one-stop shop for everything. Highly recommend this location to anyone in the area!

Wonderful experience. They even give you a cold water bottle while you wait. As a woman I have had my fair share of negative experiences with mechanics but they didn’t talk down to me and they were very quick and efficient. Alberto, the shop manager was very sweet (he’s the one who gave me water) and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand without making me feel dumb. Will use these guys in the future!
