I had a bad leak in my tire. I thought it just needed to get aired up. It was way worse and they would not let me go like that for fear that I wouldn’t make it home. It was that bad. I had been to Walmart and they would not patch it because it was too bad. But they sent me on my way. Take 5 took a back tire off and put it on the front where the bad tire was. They took the spare tire out and put it on the back. I don’t know the prices of things and they could’ve taken advantage of me being a widow woman. But they did all that and were so concerned and sweet during the whole thing, even though they were working in the sweltering heat and then did not charge me anything! I would highly recommend them without a second thought.

They made me aware of everything I needed and showed me the condition of my filters. I wish I had been going to them since day one. Very impressed with all aspects of service, execution and price. After service, the manager checked in with me again and made sure everything was clear and I was a satisfied customer. I was beyond thrilled. If I could give them 15 stars, I would.
Kristin Rushing,The manager explained the different oils to be used in the pickup truck. Air up the tires. Showed us the air filter and actually checked the transmission vrs other shops say they did ,How ever don't. I was surprised. They gave the recommendations for the vehicle and advised us on the current recalls the car company had on the car. And explained both of them what they where. How many other shops actually take time to explain the recall and what they do to the engine. These ppl actually care about your vehicle. I wish others shops did the same in stead if cutting corners. For a senior discount and type of vehicle I have and its needs. I will be coming bsck to them for service.
Mr Vic,Great service. Very friendly staff. $99 for 4.2qts of premium syn oil seems very high, however the speed and not having to have an appointment was very convenient. I liked the fact that they pulled my air filters and allowed me to see them and asked if I would like to replace them. My engine air filter definitely needed replaced. Also the staff noticed my work uniform and advised me that because of my employer I was eligible for a nice discount. Will definitely return! Great service, great experience!
Deric Stevens,The service here is actually amazing. We were REALLY surprised how professional and extremely attentive they were. They noticed our disabled Vet tag and immediately thanked us for our service and then notated on our account that we are Veterans so we’ll automatically get a military discount each time. Before we even pulled in the bay we were offered bottled water. Our daughter in the back seat was given fruit snacks and a capri sun (she’s 19 by the way 😂). 10/10 service. Highly recommend.
