EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with Colton and the service here!! Colton was so professional and impressively knowledgeable. He took the time to go through the history of my vehicle online, scrolling the details to offer suggestions without being pushy and salesly. And with each suggestion, he then went into full explanations for his recommendations, no one has done that with me before. I usually get a suggestion and a "just trust me" when people have offered services at other places so that I almost felt like i was being ripped off. Colton's explanations helped me to better understand my vehicle and even explained what people did in the past that I did not understand/that they failed to explain. I didn't know which oil package I wanted and I said probably the high mileage package bc of the mileage of my vehicle. Colton recommended the lower package as best for my vehicle right now. He said probably the next oil change or two would be when I would best benefit from the higher package. And while this cost less for this visit, he just earned my trust with that and I'm not going anywhere else but this location anytime I'm in the area. That honesty, the detailed explanations, his extensive knowledge has won me as a lifetime customer who usually shops around. Trust is everything when it comes to a vehicle so I highly recommend this location. I left feeling good without having a rushed job that left me confused and stressed! Well done ! Thank you!

Exception service and staff! I take all of my cars here and they remember me and treat me like old friends. They don’t try to oversell, the are quick, professional, and even went above and beyond to zip tie the underbody cover because the rivets don’t align due to a car accident. They are the same to my son and wife! Recommend to anyone and everyone. Plus, they provide a free oil change for veterans on Veterans Day! Outstanding. Thank you to each of the staff and the manger!

I was concerned about my car due to the check engine light coming on. My regular mechanic was out of town and I knew the oil needed to be changed. All the employees I had any interaction with were very professional and reassuring that they were going to do what they needed to do to get my car issues dealt with.

First, experience at this place. Very perfessional and price was very reasonable. However, when I got home had raised my hood. The radiator wasn't flush out like I had adk.. For up front, I had asked for a coolant flush out refilled. So I had called my son-in-law who works for AAA-1.. For he was the one who was on aging for this. Since I am disabled and not working. Only drawing SS disability check monthly. Chip had called up at Take Five and explained this situation. Chip called me back and told me to take it back up there and they will flush it out for Free and refilled it full of new coolant.. ( I did question about the coolant for I drove a 2014 Chevy Sonic LT hatch back and from what I have seen in the owners manual was Dex coolant red.. But chip told me they are suppose to use what the manufacturer's manual requires...)...( I do know that I have a lite oil leak that some went into the Reservoir). Chip will fix this today or Monday. He thinks it's the blow back valve or either the top gaskets either way it will be fix..). I am pleased they guys did what they had told Chip. Very Good Business... Grade A-- ....

The guys at this location were beyond excellent. Never have I had someone ask about the inside air filter in all my years of driving cars. It was disgustingly filthy and they replaced it. No way feat to get the old one out. I will forever go to this location.
