My first time getting my oil changed for me instead of changing it myself! The woman who helped me was SO HELPFUL! She kept me informed through the whole process and checked other parts of my car to ensure it was working properly. When I told her I had just bought my vehicle a few weeks ago, she suggested a coolant flush and made a good case for it! I agreed and got it flushed! And the coolant she flushed out was NASTY!! She showed me the old coolant and I was so grateful that she made the suggestion! Not only were they friendly, the process was super fast. For both the oil change and the coolant flush it took about 20ish minutes total! I believe her name was Ashley? Its been a few days since I went so I have forgotten her name! But i have to shout her out! Brownish/black hair, light eyes and had some tattoos! She said she was up for management position and I think she would be an excellent fit based off my experience! I'll be back in August for my oil change/top off!

The manager, Jordan, wanted to make sure we were taken care of so he offered to go out and grab the oil needed and get it done. I was so impressed with his customer focus and willingness to do whatever it took to make sure we were satisfied. All that and I was still out in less than 20 minutes. They have gained a loyal customer!!
Crystal Masincupp,Listen... Inusally dont make reviews but if you have the opportunity to go to Mario, he is the real deal. He took an extra 10 mins with my car after I got my Coolant Replaced, just to figure out what my car was diagnosing itself with! He didnt find the specific solution but, everything emeded up working itself out and I just appreciated the extra attention anyway. Much love.
Jalen Young,Rell and Mario at the Sumter location are the real deal. They got me in and out quickly, but did not cut corners on the inspection. They checked everything carefully and made sure I knew what was good and what to keep an eye on. They even asked if I wanted a cold water while I waited. Friendly, professional, and respectful of my time. Highly recommend asking for them.
shereza middleton,The workers were very courteous. Made sure my Mom and I had cold bottled water. They explained everything to me. Also they accommodated my needs regarding oil top off and what repair I needed to reduce the oil usage. I didn't have the money for the repair but they didn't pressure me and let me know to return when I was financially able. Also they check my tire air pressure. I appreciate that they made me feel like a valued customer.
