I came to Take 5 Oil Change today to get my oil changed, and JADEN, BRANDON, RONNY provided outstanding service. They were very helpful in explaining the recommended mileage for my next oil change, checked all of my fluid levels, and filled my tires to the proper pressure. They even cleaned my windshield free of charge, which was a nice surprise. Everyone was so kind, professional, and efficient. The whole process was quick, and they made sure I understood everything before I left. Thank you, Jaden, Brandon, and Ronny, for the excellent customer service! I highly recommend this location.

I’ve been to plenty of other Take 5’s (in and out of South Carolina) within the past with no issues, but this particular shop will now be my permanent location to have any of my future routine oil changes. Everyone was very professional and beyond knowledgeable. Nick provided me with straight forward answers to all of my questions and concerns, and everyone helping assist with my truck held up excellent customer service. Sarah,The gentleman at Take 5 on State Road are the absolute best. I cant praise Jayden, Mali and Mike enough for helping me today. I was turned away by Take 5 Main Street and another auto center as they were unable to remove the skid plate. I was hoping to make it to Cane Bay prior to 8pm, arrived 20 minutes before closing. These 3 guys were extremely friendly and eager to help. Jayden had the skid plate off in a blink, Mali got me setup with the oil change and another service that was coming due. Mike spoke to me in regards to my experience with the oil change antics prior to my arrival at their location. They all expressed concern, knowledge and passion with regards to auto care/maintenace. I received top notch service and just a friendly experience, the kind that is few and far between these days! My sincerest thanks for resolving this issue for me, all before 8pm. Fast, friendly and efficient, you are now my go to location!

If you know these BMWs, you know that filter is in a notoriously difficult spot and can be a real pain to change. Mike handled it like an absolute pro, quickly and without any complaints.
