Amazing experience at Take 5 today! All of the guys were incredibly professional, caring and very knowledgeable. I was having scary car concerns and they explained everything in detail and made sure an oil change is what I needed as they didn’t want to just “take my money”.. I don’t think that’s ever not been the case when it comes to anything car related. Huge thank you to Roosevelt, Damien and PJ for their help and patience today!
My daughter has been using Take 5 for all her oil changes in Surfside Beach SC. She came to our house and thought the car needed an oil change. My wife took it in and honored their service by topping off the oil and checking the tire pressure and made my wife feel super comfortable. Honesty in the automotive world is lacking. Glad that this location of Take 5 is up the block. Very honorable staff!
I came in thinking I needed an oil change because of my light indicator. I was told after they checked it that my oil was excellent, and I could wait a bit longer for a change because I had synthetic oil. So they filled my fluids, and filled my tires with air and gave me a sticker for when I should come back. That honesty and concern for the customer is why I will definitely be back!
