By far the best technician this store has had since coming here. Elijah has been so nice and trustworthy the last two times I have come in. The first time a mistake was made by another technician and he fixed it right it right up. Today only he and another worker were working. He was efficient, courteous and professional all with several cars waiting. Honesty comes a long way especially in the car business. No rushing, no trying to charge me for things I didn't need. Thank you Elijah!
annie hickerson,I went in for a standard oil change today and man am I glad I decided to quickly stop by Take 5 instead of my previous car service place!! Trey and Justin mentioned, explained and then showed me some maintenance areas that seemed to have been previously “noted” on my car history but yet neglected, and the proof was right there in front of my own eyes. They never made me feel like I HAD to take care of the concerns that were brought to my attention, but after seeing it all first hand, I did feel confident with my decisions as I pulled away. Straightforward, professional and quick. I will definitely be back in a few months.

I hope the owner knows just how good they are and how hard they work… They work smart , so they didn’t have to work harder..Johnny noticed discoloration in my coolant and suggested a flush. The tube on the right in the photo is what came out. The tube on the left is what went in if you’re not sure about the last time you had a flush you need to have these two do one for you.I can’t say enough good about how professional and efficient these two worked as a team. They definitely need a raise..
ROBERT CLAYTONHORNE,I was very pleased with my experience at take 5 Justin and Eli were very nice! Just for their customer service alone I would come back to this location. Justin was very knowledgeable about everything he was selling to me and also guided me through what my car needed maintenance on in the near future. I loved that he didnt pressure me into buying anything I wasn't trying to at this moment. However he did give me a time frame on when everything should be replaced or changed. He made me feel like my time there was valued and not just another way to make money. I feel like more salesmen should be like that because it makes your customers want to return verses feeling annoyed and pressured into something you dont want at the moment. I think Justin should be recognized for his consideration and hard work. Thank you guys for changing my oil and showing respect!

Found out soo much more about my jeep just by them simply telling me. They told me all kinds of information that I didn’t even know about my jeep. I was so impressed with how thorough they were.
