I came to this take 5 for an oil change I truly needed but my car was in need of something’s . Thanks to theses amazing people at take 5 showed me things I never knew that was important for my car. Pulled out some liquid stuff from my car, then pulled both the little filter things and both them needed to be changed my service on my tire rotation was done and it’s perfection quick as hell to I would say the communication the team work the quickness this is what I call good customer service and a good oil place

This place really impressed me with their knowledge and skills! When I first entered the business, I was greeted by a guy who Was very nice and was able to offer me an extended list of options for my car to include pricing. Once I agreed I was guided to pull into the bay and was then assisted by another technician who completed my service which was an oil change an air filter change and an air cabin change. It did not take long and they explained every detail of what they did to my car as well as let me know other options that they thought would be a great Maintenance enhancement for my car. I really enjoyed the service. I didn’t have to get out of my car after a long day work it was Friday and I was ready to go home and I was hot. They gave me water and finished me up and I was on my way. I definitely Encourage others to visit this spot on Killian Road

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars every time! I’ve been coming to this Take 5 location since I moved to Columbia, and they have consistently provided excellent service. In my experience, they’re one of the most consistent businesses I’ve dealt with when it comes to customer care and professionalism. I appreciate how transparent the team is during each visit. Yes, they offered additional services, but I never felt pressured. They took the time to show me exactly what they were seeing and explain their recommendations, which I truly value as a customer. I also appreciate them recognizing my family’s military service with their military discount. Customer service like that goes a long way. Sometimes the process is super quick and sometimes it takes a little longer, but that’s okay. I’d rather have a team that is thorough, communicates well, and makes sure the job is done right. Their service seems to get better and better every time I visit. Thank you, Take 5! A million times thank you!

Amazing customer service! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I pulled in. They made getting an oil change fun, and I really appreciated that they caught my coolant reservoir starting to corrode before it became a bigger problem. We had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change shop during a stressful road trip situation. My husband and I were driving from Florida to Pittsburgh, PA when our oil light came on about 9 hours into the trip, with another 9 hours still ahead. We pulled off in Columbia, SC looking for a quick oil change, expecting delays or having to do it ourselves. Instead, we found this location—and it was the best decision. The manager, Tashad, was professional, friendly, and immediately helpful. There was little to no wait time, and they took us in right away. Tia provided outstanding customer service—very knowledgeable, polite, and clearly explained everything they were doing throughout the oil change process. This is truly a fast, convenient oil change in Columbia SC. We stayed in the car the entire time, which felt safe and comfortable, especially being in a city we didn’t know after hours on the road. We were in and out in about 20 minutes and able to continue our trip without worry. If you’re traveling through Columbia or need a reliable, quick oil change, I highly recommend this team.
