I went to Take 5 for the first time last week. The service and technicians there were exceptional. I was directed in in a timely manner. I was asked what services I needed and offered other services that they found that needed attention. They showed me all old parts to ensure my purchase was necessary. They had the special oil required for my vehicle. The technicians were very professional, respectful and kind. I definitely rate them a 10 out of 10 for a job well done. The crew is growing and the quality increased 20% since my last visit, I feel like I was 100% taken care of last time... The techs communicate and effortlessly mingled and smiled as they did their jobs. My pit crew loved learning little details about my SXT because they owned a similar car without the extra gadgets and they really made me feel special. I recommend this place hands down. Guys don't forget they replace cabin air filters if there is any chance you need it changed get it done right now with COVID-19 floating around it's very important for your health and one of the best choice I made all year considering the Sahara dust and white splotches throughout my filter, healthy body, healthy car and all due to excellent service and examination by the Take 5 Oil Change crew.

Service is quick and everything is explained real well. Colby runs the shop here and is very accommodating. Highly recommend especially if you have skid plates that are aggravating to deal with.
allan clonts,The crew were very fast, friendly and efficient. Everyone had a specific task to perform and they did not interfere with each other at all. I was briefed on certain areas that could use attention, and I opted to have my cabin filter replaced. The tech switched it out in no time. The only thing he forgot was to replace the cover to the filter slot. I didn’t notice it until I got home. I had to remove the glove box myself to snap the cover back in place. Not an easy task for a novice such as myself. Other than that, the whole experience was a net positive. You will be my oil change place for the foreseeable future.
