Cambio de aceite en Choctaw, OK

I went to take 5 oil change today and was completely blown away. I was greeted immediately by the manager Jerry and a very polite man named Mr. Drew. I went through the normal steps, sit in your car, wait for the guy to come and ask about your engine oil. However speaking to the manager Jerry I was completely shocked he actually spoke about every test, every check, every thing. He did not try to push products or services down my throat he sat and explained EVERYTHING. It was so nice. I have never had someone ask about me giving my email for coupons, he did. I also was never told about the "oil top off" he did. He put notes in my "file" so at the next oil change is can get the services we spoke about. As a business owner, it really spoke volumes when he didnt bash his co workers for not doing these things he simply stated they could have been busy. That is a real team leader. The manager Jerry definitely really cares about the customers needs. Not pushing sales. Mr. Drew was so nice to talk to. He was quiet but when we did talk he was a real delight. I will definitely be returning as long as Jerry is managing that location and Mr. Drew is still there. Im telling you the customer service was 10/10, I cant say that with any other visit, but this visit was so easy and very nice. If you want to get an oil change and have amazing customer service go ask for the manager Jerry, and Mr. Drew. Those guys are definitely top notch.

I brought my car in for an oil change yesterday Jerry and Bryan were both amazing. I work in the hospitality industry and rarely experience extreme hospitality in a shop setting. They also make sure you know what you are paying for and dont feel like your getting ripped off. This was a total 180° from my first experience here.

First time to this place to get my oil changed. The customer service is spot on. The guys there worked together as a team, very friendly and explained everything they were doing. For me customer service speaks volumes in any line of work. I do feel that they were a little over priced, but what was charged is probably what it would be anywhere I went. I will be going back because of the great customer service and the way I was treated was very respectful. Great job guys, I’ll see you next time I need my oil changed. Keep up the great work.

Great service & very very much welcoming hospitality, he also explained something very important that I needed to know, I had a oil hose loose and he let me know that whoever changed my oil last didn’t put my hose on tight , he asked me had I been having a oil leak, no I haven’t but it was great to know that I had that issue going , he told me he would make sure it was righted before I left and he did , he asked who did my oil told him the take 5 on north May 👀, he politely apologized for them , he was a great guy I believe his name was Johnathan out in Choctaw off of 23rd in Okc
