only place I'll go for an oil change! always quick and friendly service. I definitely prefer this place over Sinclair and valvoline. I went to a valvoline and they "couldn't find my oil filter" to replace it. the boys at take 5 found no issue. thanks guys!
I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Kenosha location! I pulled in about 25 minutes till their closing time and they did a fantastic job, not only were they quick, they also gave me extremely useful info on exactly what the different oil types mean and what’s best for my car. I also got some free advice from one of the workers about how to best care for my Kia as I have never owned one before. They were amazing!
The staff are polite, friendly, and professional. You stay in the vehicle and the guide you into the stall for service. Care was taken to keep everything clean and presentable. All fluids were checked and addressed. OEM advice was given concerning the mileage so I would have knowledge of possibilities in the future.. I would recommend this place.
