First time coming to Take 5 Oil Change on 71st & Kenosha in Broken Arrow, and I had a great experience! The price was a little higher than I expected, and honestly, I could've changed the oil myself, but I had a busy day. Austin and Datton were fast, professional, and very thorough. They explained everything clearly, didn't try to upsell me on services I didn't need, and made sure the job was done right. Great customer service goes a long way, and I think you've earned a new customer.
Professional young men. I'm picky about my mercedes. I watched and listened as they worked. Finally they were wrapping up and at last here come the torque wrench. I applauded their attention to detail. Oil filter and oil pan drain plug were torqued to specification, as well replaced the drain plug crush washer. OUTSTANDING WORK GUYS !!!!
I went to the Take 5 in B.A. on Kenosha. Those folks know their jobs and donan incredibly good job. The young woman who did my oil was amazingly kind and it was nice to see more women in the hottest dirtiest most uncomfortable job you can have in July/August 102 plus temps...I was real please and loved the interaction. Kudos guys!! 🤜🤛🫶✌️🐦🔥🤍🖤
