I’ve been to some other two fives in the area and I will no longer go back to any of them. I will only come to the store on Royalton Road. The folks that worked there are super kind, super professional, and they do an absolutely great job. They don’t try to push things that I don’t need, for example I just replaced my air filter about a month before at the other places they would say hey you need a new air filter when I know it’s brand new. At this place the guy told me the air filter looks brand new. Top-notch facility, manager must be doing a great job.

I also had a baby with me and they got me in and out so fast Answered all my questions explained what everything was and what was going on. They gave me genuine things that my car needed but didn’t try to oversell me or pull one over my eyes. They were all very friendly even though it must’ve been 120° in there for them. It was my first time but definitely not my last.
Sarah Brooks,Another good experience at Take 5. Took a little time waiting in line just because they were busy at the time I went. They gave me a cold bottle of water for me and my dogs while we waited. Once I pulled my car into the stall, one of the employees, named Connor at the Strongsville location, was great and gave me my options and never tried to force anything. Price is probably a bit high for those of you who work on your own cars. But, it is very convenient and they’re pretty efficient. I will visit them again.

He always educates me on exactly what he observes, what needs to be done now, and what to plan for in the near future. Never pushes for service that is not needed. I always pick his brain about general maintenance since I have little to no vehicle knowledge and he is happy to help! Kyle was an almost four week tenured employee and was being coached by Josh. Their interaction was smooth and Josh showed patience, encouragement, and reassuring behavior that instilled confidence in Kyle. As an operations manager myself it was a great example of coaching and leadership. And for what it’s worth Kyle displayed the kind of investment you hope for with a newer employee. I offered my feedback with respect to the 25% off for veterans and active duty military. My feedback was to consider including a question as part of the script/process when qualifying the customer’s needs. Josh was open to that and thanked me not only for the feedback but also for my service (as did Kyle). Josh and Kyle represent your organization very well and I look forward to my next interaction with this team!
