It was my first time getting an oil change tbh, and the manager in Marion was awesome, and everyone was supe friendly, firstly they offered complimentary cold waters while they did everything while we sat in the car. They answered all my silly questions and told me what they were doing and explained everything about the process to me. They actually took time to make sure I understood everything because no one has really told me anything about these things, so I appreciate it and And the fact that you get free tire pressure checks and fluid checks for 3 months is amazing. It was fast, informative and just a great experience for a first time customer. I won't be going anywhere else.

She explained everything really well and brought the funny with her! Super quick and helpful! She was able to accommodate my discount even though my coupon wouldn't scan! That was incredible. Especially for what my actual price would have been. They were able to give me some tips on some other things they noticed while filling my fluids so I could try to get in front of future issues. Very thankful for that!

Donya Holt,10/10. Waited about 15 minutes to get into the bay (two cars were ahead of me) and another 15 minutes to have the oil change done. Everyone was amazing, especially Phillip (shop manager). It was so hot outside (I was offered a water) and these guys did not let the obvious misery of the heat affect their job performance nor their mood. Wonderful experience and I will get all my oil changes done here!
