Eric is the one that helped me out The other day, he the general manager of take five very pleasant new crew in and very nice I have been coming to take 5 for a while now and it’s in a great experience every time no complaints no matter who is working on my car. I have always went to Midas in Springfield, Ohio for my oil changes but every since I found take five in Huber Heights, Ohio will never change again Even though they’re a little bit more expensive, the experience and the kindness and what they do and how they show Means a lot I tell all my friends about this place. They explained everything clearly, had a great attitude, and made me feel welcomed the whole time. You can tell they actually care about customer service and doing a good job. Definitely the best experience I’ve had getting my car serviced — I’ll be coming back because of them.
Evan Bynum,Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon to get an oil and filter change for my 2010 Ford F-150. Had no wait at all and the guys had me in and out in 15 minutes. They checked fluids and ran a Carfax report on the truck maintenance and alerted me that the truck was seriously overdue for a coolant flush, along with a recommendation to change out the differential fluids for both axels. Truck is a 4X4 and has over 175K in mileage. Haven't driven it much recently, but will definitely get back to have the coolant flushed for sure.
