⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Matthew, the Assistant Manager, and Christian, the Lead Tech, at Take 5. These guys absolutely knocked it out of the park. I had actually stopped at the Valvoline almost directly across the street first. They weren’t able to offer me any discount, and when I mentioned that Take 5 would be cheaper, the response was basically, “Yeah, but efficiency counts for something.” Well... they were right about one thing — efficiency DOES count for something. And Take 5 delivered it. 😂 I was in and out in about 12 minutes, and they didn’t sacrifice quality or attention to detail to make that happen. Matthew and Christian showed me my cabin air filter, the condition/color of my oil, and the color/condition of my antifreeze, checked my fluids, made sure everything looked right, and even ensured that my oil-change maintenance counter was properly reset before I left. They were thorough, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and still managed to get me back on the road incredibly quickly. I also greatly appreciated the respect shown to me as a U.S. Navy veteran and the military discount they provided. For comparison, earlier TODAY I took my wife's 2016 Dodge Durango to Walmart for an oil change and spent 2½ HOURS of my life waiting. 😂 Then I come here and these guys have me completely taken care of in roughly 12 minutes. As a business owner myself, I pay attention to customer service, efficiency, professionalism, and how employees represent a company. Matthew and Christian are exactly the type of employees you want representing your business. Take care of the people who take care of your customers! Based on my experience today, I highly recommend this Take 5 over the Valvoline across the street. They earned my future business. Fast. Thorough. Professional. Taylor the shop manager serviced my business truck. Very friendly, did oil change and diff flush. I've had my personal business truck serviced in the past. Some good experiences some bad. The staff working that day is something to be proud of. I hope Taylor never leaves and if she does I hope it's a Promotion. Excited to continue to see her and her staff when I'm due again. The current staff at Huber Heights is the best yet since opening, be proud of them.

Keith, the manager at Take 5 Oil Change, and his entire team were absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, they were professional, friendly, and made the whole experience quick and stress-free. Keith went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I left completely satisfied. It's clear he takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.
