Taylor the shop manager serviced my business truck. Very friendly, did oil change and diff flush. I've had my personal business truck serviced in the past. Some good experiences some bad. The staff working that day is something to be proud of. I hope Taylor never leaves and if she does I hope it's a Promotion. Excited to continue to see her and her staff when I'm due again. The current staff at Huber Heights is the best yet since opening, be proud of them.
Keith, the manager at Take 5 Oil Change, and his entire team were absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, they were professional, friendly, and made the whole experience quick and stress-free. Keith went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I left completely satisfied. It's clear he takes pride in providing outstanding customer service. I'll definitely be returning for all my future oil changes and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for fast, honest, and exceptional service!
This was the second time I’ve been there for an oil change and both times the service has been wonderful!! Matt was great!! Professional. Polite, and answered all my questions. I love the $25 off coupons, which was the reason for me coming in the 1st time. So I was very pleased you had that offer again. Also, the bottle of fresh cold water is a very nice touch, especially when it’s 90 degrees. Thank you again!
