Had a great experience today getting my mother’s car serviced for an oil change. Britt and Solo (I think that’s his name) were very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. When I called the shop to get an inquiry regarding the price for an oil change that I wanted to get, Britt was informative and helpful regarding that. I didn’t have a wait time when I got there, which was great. Upon arriving, Britt handed me a cold bottle of water, which was greatly appreciated considering how hot it was outside. Also, she was very professional, knowledgeable, quick and efficient when it came to performing my oil change. Solo was nice and very helpful as well. While recording some of my necessary information, he informed me of what other needed services I should get while I was there. It was greatly appreciated. Also, he was good with assisting Britt during the service. They both had great customer service and made everything a smooth sailing process. I would definitely recommend and come back again!
Paula Okafor,Service was top tier! Brittany provided me with a cold bottle of water upon arrival. She explained everything they did on my car while changing my oil. Even advised me on my air filter and windshield wiper blades. They have a selection of packages and she gave me a breakdown of each package so I could make a decision on the kind of oil change needed. Very polite, quick and efficient. Will be making this my permanent go to for oil changes!

They provided water and snacks while we waited, which was especially appreciated since they were very busy and the water helped us cool off. The $25 discount was definitely a nice bonus as well. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be returning to this location.
Kiera Roper,As always Take 5 looks out for there customers! I was warmly greeted by Russell and Christian! No wait at all ! Was there for a quick top off service before going on a trip out of town! They offered water and fruit snacks for my sons!! They saw an issue for concern with my vehicle and gave me several options on how to move forward! I didn’t feel pressured into the service which was wonderful because sometimes it’s just a day you don’t have it ! They introduced me to there Manager on Duty David and he checked just to make sure all service was handled properly with care !! I’m so grateful for the heads up in future service needed for my vehicle and the warmth of the employees!! Will always go back to this location!!
Megan Ratley,Russell, Britt, David, and another gentleman (so sorry I cannot remember his name) were absolutely wonderful just now. They checked everything, including my air filter which was filthy. Russell went across the street to an auto parts store after he discovered I needed a replacement filter that they were out of. There was also some commotion going on at the location at the time, and the staff sincerely apologized many times, as well as gave us a discount for any discomfort. Thank you all so much, and I will definitely be back!
