I recently visited Take 5 Oil Change and had a great experience. Even though they were clearly short-handed, the two gentlemen working handled everything with professionalism and efficiency. They kept the process moving quickly without cutting corners, and their attitude stayed positive the entire time. It’s not easy to maintain that level of service under pressure, but they made it look effortless. Definitely appreciate the hard work and would come back again. 👏🚗

I return to Take 5 because every visit is predictable and consistent. This past experience was great, but a bit different than the traditional visit. The oil change went great, but there was a push for a coolant flush. I’m about 30k miles from a recommended flush, so I’m unsure if their gauge was broken or rigged. They also neglected to check tire pressure. Otherwise, the team communicates well, and I like the oil pressure check to ensure everything is fastened and sealed.

They were, quick, efficient, explained my options clearly, opened the new filter in front of me, and topped off my window fluid and washed my window. Full synthetic oil change. Checked air filter and advised ready at next change 2nd visit 5/17/25 just as good as first. Wouldn't change a thing 5 Stars all the way. 3rd visit 2/14/26 another good service and I added air filter this time. Same good service, got right in and back out with in 15 to 20 minutes.

We are so happy with the service that we received from Take 5 of Shalotte. Great customer service! We received water when we arrived and grandma loves that she doesn’t have to get out of the car.Every service is done the same every time so I never afraid that something will be left undone. I do miss the car deodorizer that we use to get, but the care that we receive there is top notch.

Great place to get your car serviced and oil changed. I’m new to the area and looked up places close to me and found this. I drive right in with no waiting and everything was taken care of in a matter of minutes ! I like the drive through service where you don’t even have to get out of your car. I had my oil changed, air filter replaced, coolant exchange and got a set of windshield wipers installed because mine made so much noise! They come with a 6 month warranty and you can come back to top off any fluids within a certain mileage range which they will tell you what your range is when you are there. I appreciated them showing me what everything looked like before it was changed so I could see the difference. I always had the option to decline with zero pressure. I had a coupon for $25 off oil change which was nice and you can get that by looking them up online and downloading it into your phone. They also reset my service light which no other oil change service has been able to figure out in the past 2 years. lol! Finally no service light! Thank you! I highly recommend!
