I went to have my oil changed Friday morning. The customer service associate was so friendly and highly knowledgeable & professional. Hitting all upsell opportunities in a professional fashion while educating on the importance of each. Their team was high functioning and effectively communicated with each other while also participating in playful banter. It was a great experience to see their team work together to keep customers happy and moving through quickly. They filled the tires and even topped off all fluids under the hood. This Take 5 will officially be my go to oil change location. Thanks for the great experience, fellas. Try and stay cool this summer. 😎

From the moment I drove up to the bay, the customer service was amazing. An employee introduced himself and greeted me with a bottle of water. He then preceded to explain what would take place. I then entered the bay and was greeted by another employee and was from that point addressed by name. He explained what they offered along with the price of everything. Even though it’s a drive through, I felt like they took all the necessary steps to guarantee quality service. The crew worked as a team to complete each vehicle and constantly thanked each other. It was an awesome experience and the attention and customer service I received will keep me coming back with friends. The manager on duty was amazing. She explained everything that was happening, she answered all of my questions and made recommendations that would help prolong the life of my vehicle. 😊👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽Excellent customer service from every employee ♥️

I’ve never used Take 5 before, just had gotten my son a Camry and it was due for an oil change. Jordan greeted me…explained everything. I never felt upsold which is always very common when taking a car in for service. I was shown my air and cabin filters first hand and how they didn’t need to be replaced :) probably the first time I have not simply been told what needed to be done instead of shown how something didn’t need to be done. Jordan, Nate and Austin did a great job working together as a team. Will definitely be back!

Thanks to techs: Jordan, Kyshla, Nate and Thomas, your sportsmanship and communication skills caught my attention from the start. I was greeted with a bottle of cold water immediately upon approach. Team member asked if I would like the same grade of oil as before. I was able to remain in my vehicle during the entire service. I was highly impressed with the way they all worked together to get the job done. They worked skillfully and very professional. I will definitely recommend this place of business. I hope everyone experiences what I have experienced when I bought my vehicle in for an oil change. They were all exceptionally pleasant and professional.

Fast. Great service. Professional. Courteous. I love that they great you w a bottle of water, especially in the hot weather which, in NC, is most of the yr lol. I have used Take 5 for over 5 yrs on all my vehicles and have always been very satisfied w my experience. It's usually totally different ppl working there anytime I go, which I hate bc I like getting to know and trust the ppl that work on my car. To me, that's important and I have never seen the same ppl twice no matter how often I go. However, the staff are always very helpful, friendly and make sure you're well informed each step of the way. I also enjoy the top off service they offer for cars that only take 4 quarts of oil, nowhere else offers this. 10/10 recommend
