Cambio de aceite en Fayetteville, NC en Take 5 #1052

I always go to Take 5 and this is the first time I’ve had issues with this service… not necessarily the service per se, the employees. The employees in general were not personable or as friendly as I normally experienced in the past. I pulled up in the bay and then about a few minutes later, someone else pulled up next to me; they started servicing her before me. My cabin filter needed to be changed which was suggested by them but because for some reason they did not have the tools, it could not be changed. They did not even offer for me to come back and that they will do it another day... nothing. Then after the oil change, I was told to pull out of the bay and a manager will be out to my vehicle to speak with me. I waited at least 10 minutes before I decided to drive away when I realized no one was coming to my vehicle. I love Take 5 but worst employees, I’ve dealt with. Most importantly, they need to be briefed on how to be more personable and professional with their customers.

I recently took my car to Take 5 for an oil change and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the services being performed and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The entire process was quick and efficient, and the team made sure I was comfortable while they worked on my vehicle. It’s clear they take pride in providing excellent customer service and ensuring customers understand what their vehicle needs. I like their service because they are really on point with it. They know exactly what you need. It was a lot of people out there, but they got me in real quick. I was able to take my Impala and restore everything I needed after it has been sitting around for a year at the shop being fixed. They’re very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and didn’t try to beat me over the head. by just telling me what I Didn’t need.

Had an excellent experience. Gerard and Ethan took great care of me from start to finish, professional, efficient, and respectful the whole time. I brought my own oil and filter, and they had no issue accommodating that, which I really appreciated. The price for the service was very reasonable, and everything was done quickly without cutting corners. You can tell they take pride in their work and customer service. Definitely recommend this location if you want a smooth, no-hassle oil change. I’ll be coming back.

I was upset at first.Because this particular location does not take european cars in often,and they did not have my oil filter. Actually, I was immediately satisfied when the 2 technicians assured me that it wasn't going to be a problem. The 2 individuals where eathan and I call the other one. Lol, diamond mouth, shine mouth. I don't know his name but he needs to be recognized as well. These 2 guys showed me royalty treatment, especially Ethan. Ethan took the time out to make sure that I was okay. They asked me would i like a drink and they also gave me something to eat while I was waiting. Which was really weird to me. But I just felt like it was the royal treatment. All of them that were on staff today deserve a bravo.Zulu, if you're military, you know what that means.But today is april fifteenth and the time is 16:06 i have a lot of automobiles and I take care of most of my family's automobiles.I will be using this location for all of them as of today.They impress me that much.And I have over twenty five cars
