I have been meaning to write several reviews for this location and I’m going to roll them all into one. Recently this location was placed under new Management. I believe his name is RON, he is absolutely amazing. I’ve been coming to this location for a while because it was close to my house not necessarily because they provided the best service. Also, I don’t like getting out of my car lol. The first time I can honestly say I was thoroughly satisfied was I believe Ron‘s first week taking over the location. Precision, professionalism, and making every effort to go above and beyond, not only to fix a mistake from the previous team, but to make sure that I had an over 100% satisfactory experience. I have been there several times since for various things and I continue to have an excellent experience every time I go. Most recently I came to see if they would do something minor for me and how much it would cost and AJ came right out and said I got you don’t worry about it. He was super sweet and time out of his day. He took care of what I needed in five minutes and just continues to show that this new Management and this new team is willing to go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are happy so I just wanted to take a moment to do this. It’s been a while since I first said I wanted to write the review, but it’s been in my reminders on my phone for a while lol and I’m finally getting to it. Better late than never. So go check them out. I know you’ll have a great experience with Ron and the team.

Inspection, Oil change, filter in under 10 minutes, and have a thorough service. It’s worth more than what I paid, not to mention the free fluid top offs that are included with every service! That’s why I am back Since we found TAKE 5 we don’t go to another oil change place. The team and Vinny were on point between service, attention and the way they tread us like family caring that everything get on point. Ron - AJ & Brad were simply amazing! Thank you very much! Impressive service!

I couldn’t pass the opportunity to update my review from 2 years ago. My experience at Take 5 Oil Change has always been pleasant. My most recent visit exceeded my expectations! I just dropped by to get my wiper blades replaced. The technician, AJ provided me assistance. He took the time to ask me what type of blades I was interested in, he didn’t try to upsell me and when he replaced the wiper blades he insured they were properly installed! He even offered to top off my fluids without a fee. AJ is professional and he cares about providing outstanding customer service because that is what he strives to do. He shared that nugget with me 😊.

Imagine being five hours away from home with a new car that all of a sudden tells you the engine is running hot and you need to pull over immediately. To top it off you have no idea where you are with your pregnant wife in the car. I called the store on 05/20/2026 and asked them if there is anything they could do to help and without hesitation I was told to bring it up there as fast as I could and they would take a look at it. These guys had professionalism, care, and were genuinely good people and treated me like so. Something you so rarely see now between strangers. They worked on the car for over an hour and continuously gave us water and explained everything they were doing in detail. Even when it started to given them problems they did not let up for one second. They helped me when I was in a horrible situation and the only thing they wanted from me was a call in the morning to make sure I made it home safe. There are few people left in this world with good hearts and good attitudes and a few of them are right here at this establishment. I can’t thank these guys enough for all of their help. I know I wouldn’t have made it without them. So if a manager on anyone reads this. These guys are exactly the kind of people you want in your business and I believe they should be compensated for their dedication and overall professionalism and to the guys who worked on it I can’t thank you enough.

My initial contact with Aaron was amazing. He was very customer friendly. The atmosphere here of the entire them here was very nice and comfortable. The confidence of the crew was impressive. Big shot outs to AJ, Lamont, Aaron, and Austin. I will revisit this location. Love the team collaboration and attention given to customer from time I pulled in to time I pulled off. Great job Take 5 👏🏾👏🏾
